LienGuard is operated by 9GG LLC (30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA), as part of the 9gg.app product family. LienGuard provides tools to track mechanics-lien deadlines and to draft and dispatch deadline-action notices. It is not legal advice. Nothing in the Service, including AI-generated drafts, alerts or this website, constitutes legal, regulatory, accounting or other professional advice. Mechanics-lien rights are governed by state-specific statutes with strict, unforgiving deadlines and many exceptions. For advice about your specific lien rights and obligations, consult a qualified construction attorney in the relevant state.
Lien deadlines, notice requirements, forms and filing offices change and vary by state, project type (private vs. public/bonded) and your role on the project. You are solely responsible for confirming each deadline and requirement against the governing state statute, county recorder or court — and for serving notices, recording the lien and filing any enforcement suit on time. Do not rely on LienGuard as your sole source of truth.
We strive for accuracy, but we do not warrant that alerts, dates, calculations or drafted notices are complete, accurate, current or delivered on time. Email delivery depends on third parties and your settings. Outages, misconfiguration or data-entry errors can cause a missed notification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LienGuard is not liable for any forfeited or invalid lien, expired or unenforceable lien, missed preliminary-notice, recording, enforcement or bond-claim deadline, lost security interest, uncollected or unsecured payment, or lost business arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. See our Terms of Service for the full limitation of liability.
